Tony Wilson Tony qualified as a remedial massage therapist in 1998. After further studies at Nature Care College he obtained a Diploma of Remedial Massage, as well as Certificate of Seated Massage and Certificate of Hot Stone Massage. Anna Anna's area of special interest is treating soft tissue injuries, especially shoulders and necks. She uses a combination of deep tissue, sports massage and trigger point therapy. Vanessa Faccin Vanessa specialises in remedial and myofascial-deep tissue massage. She is also very experienced in Pregnancy Massage. Vanessa graduated in 2003 from The Australian College of Natural Therapies with a Certificate IV in Remedial Massage and a Diploma of Corporate Stress Therapy. How much clothing must I remove?The general guide is that you remove as much clothing as you are comfortable with. In every circumstance, you will be draped. Only the part of you body being worked on will be uncovered.The therapist will always respect your privacy, and modesty. 
Will the therapist be in the room when I undress?No. When you are undressing and dressing, the therapist will leave the room.
I have had a one hour massage before, and only been massaged for 50 minutes.A massage from Therapy One Massage lasts for 60 minutes on the table. On the first visit you will be asked to fill in a simple health questionaire.
How do I prepare for the massage.Some people like to have a shower before hand. Some like to have their clothes off and be waiting in a dressing gown. We appreciate this thoughtfulness. We simply request that you are organised, and ready to get on the table when it is set up.We do understand that if there are small children at home, things may not go as adults would like. To help with relaxation, you may like to have your favourite music playing in the background, subdued lighting, burn a candle or two. On a cool day it is a good idea to have the room comfortably warm. You don't want to spoil a good massage by becoming cold.
Can I claim a Health Fund rebate.Yes you can. However, some therapists may not be covered by all Funds. Please enquire when booking.
Can I pay by Credit Card.Yes, we accept Mastercard and Visa. There is a 1% merchant service fee.
What suburbs do you visit?We cover all suburbs in the Hills area of Sydney, Australia. If you live just outside our publicised catchment area and need a massage, please phone. We may be able to help you. A travel surcharge will apply.To see if you live in our catchment area check the suburbs we visit.
Do you have both female and male therapists.Both male and female therapists are available. You may have the therapist of your choice, depending on availability. Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed when a male client requests a female therapist.
